MY OTHER HOBBY
Congratulations! 8 years a trader
Learn to chart.
Then learn it again.
Notes to self and then some.
You have to know what to do when price comes at your level, assuming you had levels already planned out.
if you didn’t have a plan, then you have no business clicking any buttons at all that day.
don’t show up without doing homework, because you are nowhere near the genius you think you are. and getting lucky once or twice is a double edged sword, inflating the ego, and an expensive way to learn about regret.
learn to identify the rythm of the day.
is it trend or chop?
because it will be either or.
watch how it reacts when reaching critical levels.
does it slice through? does it stall?
and then what’s the plan?
be flexible. have strong opinions, but make sure they are loosely held.
and most of all, do not try to predict.
bull or bear or batshitcrazy
pick a side
grateful to all my teachers, especially—especially Emily.
grateful for the chance to learn more
